3. Avoid high-current discharge When electric vehicles start, carry people, and go uphill, please use pedals to assist, and try to avoid instantaneous high-current discharge. Large current discharge can easily lead to the crystallization of lead sulfate, which will damage the physical properties of the battery plate.
4. Prevent exposure to the sun. The environment with too high temperature will increase the internal pressure of the battery and force the battery pressure limiting valve to open automatically. The direct consequence is to increase the water loss of the battery. Excessive water loss of the battery will inevitably lead to a decrease in battery activity and accelerate the softening of the plate. , The shell heats up during charging, and the shell bulges, deforms and other fatal damage.
5. Avoid heating of the plug during charging. Loosening of the output plug of the charger and oxidation of the contact surface will cause the charging plug to heat up. If the heating time is too long, it will cause a short circuit of the charging plug, which will directly damage the charger and cause unnecessary losses. Therefore, when the above situation is found, the oxide should be removed or the connector should be replaced in time.
6. Periodic inspection During use, if the continuous mileage of the electric vehicle suddenly drops by more than ten kilometers in a short period of time, it is very likely that at least one battery in the battery pack is broken, the plate is softened, and the active material of the plate is broken.
